The Old Bridge Inn is located in the center of Holmfirth beside the River Holme, a short walk from the Picturedrome Theatre and 10 minutes' drive from the Peak District National Park. Originally a Regency-period grand house built over 200 years ago by a woollen-mill owner, the property features genuine oak beams, a large open fireplace, and antique red brickwork. The hotel underwent a £250,000 renovation in 2014 that extended and relocated the bar area while creating a new restaurant and outdoor dining space. Facilities include a welcoming bar lounge serving bar meals, cask beers, and malt whiskies. The stylish bar offers wines, ales, and cocktails. The hotel provides free WiFi, free on-site parking (limited spaces), and is dog-friendly in all areas except the main restaurant.
